Domestic Ground - Wilbert's Inc. business hours are from 8-5 M-F EST.  Orders completed after 1:00 pm ET cannot be guaranteed shipping that day.  All domestic packaged items will be sent via UPS.  For faster delivery (i.e. Next Day Air) call or contact for quote. 

International - Wilbert's Inc. will ship anything, anwhere in the world with a few exceptions.  UPS is our carrier for all our packages including international and freight.  Contact us for all international shipping quotes.  With international shipments, buyer is responsible for all brokerage fees, duties and taxes. In order to get a shipping quote we will need a full address including postal code. Wilbert's Inc. reserves the right to ask for additional funds or an alternate ship-to-address at any time.

Domestic Freight - All freight items will go out the same day if the order is completed before 11:00 A.M. ET. This is providing that we have adequate payment, shipping address and contact phone numbers to process the shipment.  Freight costs are as specified in the table below.  Wilbert's Inc. reserves the right to charge an additional fee for all residential charges that the buyer did not pay for.  For buyers unable to ship to a business address Wilbert's Inc. highly recommends shipping to the nearest freight terminal.  This is the same cost as shipping to a business in your zone.

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $125.  IF WILBERT'S INC. IS CHARGED FOR RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY THE BUYER WILL BE BILLED FOR THE ADDITION COST.
