Where do we ship? How do We Ship?
Lecavalier Auto Parts ship to Canada and US address within 48 lower states (continental USA) Mostly via Fed ex(USA) and Canada Post(Canada). We don't ship to Alaska, Hawai, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or any US Islands. Pick Up at our Facilities is available. Please contact us before to arrange Pick Up. All the items will be shipped 2 business days after payment received
Be aware that we are located in Canada and that this item as to cross the border. Also please remember delivery time is not 100% accurate. There are many things out of our control that could delay the deliverance of a package.
Large or Heavyweight Items
All our heavyweight items (engine, transmissions, transfer case ,etc...) are ships via Freight Trucks. The address need to be able to unload a freight truck with a tailgate. Otherwise you have to advise and the price could differ and if Lecavalier Auto Parts is not advise the delivery could be delay or jammed at the warehouse near your location waiting for our call for further instructions
Make sure that you provide a valid and up to date phone number when you do the checkout because Freight company will contact you to schedule appointment prior to delivery. You can edit or include it in the notes field. If Freight company is not able to reach you they will not make any attempt to deliver and will charge storage fees.
Engine, Transmission, Transfer case and Carrier assembly additional information needed
To get those kind of parts shipped across the border and to correctly fill all the paperworks related to that action. Buyers will have to provide us their Social Security Number or Internal Revenue Service number or Federal Employer Identification Number or Tax ID. Because we have to provide that information to our Customs Broker (Norman G. Jensen). Unless that information we cannot proceed to the shipment of those parts since it's going to be stop and put on hold at the Customs also carriers won't pick up the goods if paperworks are not filled properly. We are paying Customs duty, taxes and fees for all engine, transmission, transfer case and carrier assembly. And we take care of filling all the Paperworks (DOT, EPA , Country of Origin and US Customs forms).
