Powder Coating Powder coating is a powder base paint. It is applied by using a speical powder coating gun with a negative electrical charge. The powder is applied to the center hat and outer edge of each rotor. It is baked in a powder coating oven to 400 degress. The powder is melted and baked on to the surface. Powder coat is an equivalent to 6 layers of standard paint. Powder coating is more durable vs paint or zinc plating. The friction surface were the brake pads contact is not coated, which in turn speeds up the bedding process of the rotor and pad. We use a polyester base powder which is designed for exterior use. DRT offer the choice of RED, BLACK, or SILVER to compliment your vehicle and wheel. Knife Edge Slots: The slots are machined at an angle to create a ramp which does not trap brake dust within the slot. This also helps the rotor to dissipate gasses evenly. Ramp can also be used as a wear indicator, as to when rotor needs to be replaced.
Chamfered Holes: The holes are chamfered to increase the structural integrity of the rotor and create even brake pad wear.

AK, HI, APO will ship by USPS priority mail or parcel post. Canada will be shipped by UPS standard ground or USPS. Will not cover for improper installation or miss handling. Any warranty exchange is to be determind by DRT for inspection. Customer is responsible for returning defective product to DRT. Return/Exchange: All sales are final, exchanges only. If we sent you the wrong parts we will exchange it with the shipping cost covered to and from.
