Guarantee and Returns
A-ABCO Auto Parts is home of the lifetime warranty on most of our parts that are picked up in store. As for ANYTHING that I ship out has a 30 day parts only warranty. A-ABCO is not responsible for any labor, rental or shop costs. If you have any questions regarding the warranty please contact us at 763-784-1580.
Most products and parts sold through eBay Motors come with a 30-day Exchange guarantee. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period (30 days for some Motors and Transmissions) we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items. No refunds without receipt.
To return an item you must contact us via phone or email within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not covered. All items shipped to locations outside of the 50 US States are not eligible for the 30 day return.

Freight Items
We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states. For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmissions), the delivery site must be a commercially zoned address capable of unloading a freight truck.
We can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. For an accurate residential freight quote, please contact us before your purchase. If for some reason our shipping cost is greatly over this estimate, we reserve the right to ask for additional funds or an alternate ship to address.
Shipping Deadlines
We will process every order within 48 orders of checkout. Our business hours are from 8-5 M-F CST. Orders placed after 8:00am CST cannot be guaranteed shipping that day. All Non-Freight items will be sent via UPS ground unless given instruction otherwise.You may also add this service during checkout but we can only guarantee shipment of these orders if it is placed before 8:00am CST. All freight items will go within 48 hours of the payment clearing. This is providing that we have adequate payment, shipping instructions and phone numbers to process the shipment.
If the part is an overly large item there will additional shipping required. If there is additional shipping required you will be notified via email or phone if provided.
With all drive shafts and trailer hitches they will need to be preapproved before sending out. Once an order is placed pictures of the part will be email to the email address that was provided. Payment Policies
We accept Pay Pal, or most major credit cards. If you want to use a personal credit card you can pay through our checkout or please call us directly at 763-784-1580, 8-5 CST M-F.
By law, we charge sales tax for items shipped to MN (7.5%). Tax applies to the subtotal plus any shipping and handling for these states only.

Core Charge. Core is an acronym for 'Cash On Return'. A core charge is sometimes applied to rebuildable parts such as engines or alternators that can be redeemed for a portion of their original price. If the part you are purchasing has a core charge applied, it will be noted in the description.
Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.
