Do we ship worldwide?
Yes. You can start an instant chat, email, or call for a quote on international shipping outside the US and Canada. You are responsible for all duties and taxes that result from your purchase. Please provide us with reference number for all parts you wish to be quoted.
Does this part work?
Yes. All parts are tested and/or inspected before being entered into our inventory, unless otherwise stated. If you are unhappy for any reason with the parts you receive, just call us and we will be there to help you. (see Warranty & Return Policy for details)
Do you combine shipping?
Yes. Shipping will be calculated for U.S. and Canada orders during checkout. Please contact us for a shipping quote on international orders. Please provide us with reference number for all parts you wish to be quoted.
Do you offer a warranty?
All our parts are covered under a 60-day warranty. All returns are subject to the following conditions:
- The part bears authentic Slidegood markings which appear on all our merchandise.
- The part(s) have not been used for non-OEM application including but not limited to; off road use, racing use, swaps, or anything that is different from the original manufacturers intended use.
- The part has not been altered, modified, disassembled, overheated or damaged.
- The customer has their original invoice.
- The customer has followed all guidelines provided for installation when necessary.
- Warranty is valid for 60 days from delivery date.
All Warranty’s are non-transferable
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day hassle free return policy. All returns are store credit only, no cash refunds. All returns are subject to the following conditions:
- The part bears authentic Slidegood markings which appear on all our merchandise.
- The part(s) have not been used for non-OEM application including but not limited to; off road use, racing use, swaps, or anything that is different from the original manufacturers intended use.
- The part has not been altered, modified, disassembled, overheated or damaged.
- The customer has their original invoice.
- Returns are accepted for 30 days from delivery date.
If you decide you no longer want the item you received for any reason beside damage or wrong part, you are responsible for shipping back to us. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to your refund to cover the relisting of the item. All refunds are store credit only, no cash refunds.
What if my order is damaged during shipping?
Every item we ship is completely insured against loss or damage. If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, and follow the claims process below:

After reviewing your claim, a UPS Pickup Request will be issued.
Upon receiving the damaged merchandise, a replacement OR refund will be issued within 1-3 business days.
What does LH and RH mean?
In the U.S. LH means Driver side and RH means Passenger side.
