Tracking number will be provided in most cases, except small shipment with USPS airmail to foreign countries, a confirmation from USPS will be given instead of a tracking number, which means USPS have received and processed the shipment.
• Transit time for U.S. 48 domestic states is about 5-10 days, for Canada and International countries may take 7-15 days.

• For Canada buyers, we use UPS International Ground service to ship items over 5 lbs. Unlike other seller, we pre-pay all custom charge and brokerage fee for our customers, and the price you paid is all you need to pay for the item to reach your front door.
• If you are located in HI, AK, PR or foreign countries, please email us. There will be exception with smaller items and location, USPS can be used. Please email us if you are in GU or VI. Extra shipping and handling fee will be charged for above areas compare US 48 states. As for some USPS shipment, tracking number will not be provided.
  
• Import duties, taxes and charge are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• Some countries' customs may charge taxes for importing good from another country such as Import Duty, Value Added Tax, a Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc.
• In our experience, around 92% can reach to the buyers without any taxes.

We will have a 30 days warranty period from the delivery day. We are not responsible for any return and exchange after the warranty period.

If a buyer is not able to provide pictures, he or she will be responsible for return shipping costs.

• Installation instructions are not included. All items are Brand New unless stated otherwise on the listing. We sell DIY (Do It Yourself) Items with a few exceptions. We take no responsibility in teaching you how to install. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
• Although our products are made to fit OEM specifications, there may be slight issues with gaps. If the vehicle has had collision damage, the chances of improper fitment increase. Vehicles with poor body frame alignment and or flex will also be more likely to have fitment gaps. We guarantee fitment gap are no more than 1/3" wide on each side.
• If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped, buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced at seller's discretion, and be given a reasonable amount of time. We will help our customers to file UPS claims and we will resend items to customers after we successfully received the claims from UPS.
• All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain authorization before returning. Please email us if you found any problems with your items, we will work with you to solve any problems.
