We accept a returned item only if item is defective within 30 days of receipt or if it is damaged during shipping. A replacement will be shipped out for all approved returns within 3 business days. Refunds are issued only for the item that we cannot replace. Any shipping and handling costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
