2) Should any part malfunction due to its own defect through no fault of the buyer, we will replace or refund the part upon receipt from a certified mechanic stating the malfunction and return of the part to Crosstown Auto. 

No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.

To return an item you must contact us via member to member messaging or by telephone (800)783-1980 within the 90 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. Please be confident that your purchase is correct.
