Return Policy: If you have a problem with the item you ordered please contact us immediately. You have 30 days from the time of purchase to return an item. At our discretion we will replace the item or give a refund. Returned parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back. The refund is only for the item. There is absolutely no refund on shipping charges for items shipped to or from the customer.

The used parts that we sell come from vehicles that we salvage, they worked before the accident so we believe them to be working fine. Unfortunatley we cannot test all of the parts due to the state of the vehicle. We do our best to send only quality parts to our customers and quickly contact the buyer if a problem does arrise.

Parts must not be altered or dissassembled in any way. If the part(s) is dissassembled or parts are removed that will void any and all warranty and a refund will not be given.

 
To return an item you must contact us via telephone within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.

Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to M&K Used Auto Parts, Inc 3100 North Sparkman Ave. Orange City, Florida 32763 and YOU MUST HAVE A COPY OR THE ORIGINAL INVOICE INCLOSED.

Engine Assemblies

Engines have a warranty for a minimum of 101 days under normal driving conditions.  This warranty is voided if the engine is disassembled or altered before our inspection or if the engine is overheated or if the protector tab has been removed. Items such as injectors, distributers, water pumps, wiring harnesses, hoses, exhaust manifold assemblies, intake and throttle body assemblies may not be included with the sale of this item. Replace oil and oil filter prior to use.  Inspect and replace if necessary the following parts: valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, rear main seal, timing belts or chains.  Replace thermostat, gasket, spark plugs, and flush cooling system.  Warranty is voided if the above steps are not completed.

Accessories that are not included are starters, alternators, power steering pumps, a/c compressors and/or all brackets.

 

Wheels.

Wheels do not come with center caps or wheel covers. All wheels are checked to be true on a wheel spinning machine. Aluminum wheels

may have some scrathes or small abrasions. Wheels we sell are NOT new take offs unless stated within listing. If you feel youu need more info on the product you are buying feel free to contact us.

 

Headlight Assemblies

Some older headlights maybe slightly faded due to weather conditions we have in Florida. We try and buff all lights before shipping. And if the bulb is in there we can not gaurrantee it  

 

 Speedometers  We warranty them only to work. We do not gaurrantee the milage what so ever. They are no for test purposes. If you use it and do not need it there is no refund given

 

Door Trim Panels  Do not come with any switches 

 

Power Steering Pumps  Do not come with any lines but does come with the pulley unless stated in the conditions section

 

Glove Boxes   If they are keyed. DO NOT come with the key

 

Struts.... Come as complete as possible such as springs and mounting plates. We DO NOT remove parts from the struts

 

AirBags   are sold individually. Colors may vary( (see pictures). Pass side dash air bags may or may not come with cover. We sell them just like you would buy it from your local dealer. modules and clock springs are not included

 

SeatBelts  We sell them in front pairs MOST of the time. please read the Part Detail for more info

 

Spindles/Knuckles.  Rotors and Calipers are not part of the spindle sale. Please read part description for more info or call us for more info

 

 

There is no responsibility for improper installation or usage after time of purchase.  Seller is not liable for and purchaser waives all claims for consequential damages which result from the sale of the above parts including, but not limited to labor charges to install or remove the parts, loss of income, wages or salary or car rental charges.  Buyer's sole remedy against seller shall be a return of the price on the front side of this invoice or an exchange of a replacement part if timely returned to seller.  There are no warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose and no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof.

Ship To Locations

Our default shipping rates are for the 48 US states only via FedEx Ground. At an extra charge, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico and all US Territories will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. At an extra charge, we will also ship items World Wide International via USPS International Priority mail. Depending on which country you are in, you may need to contact us for a shipping quote before or after purchase to complete the sale.

Exporting outside the 48US states. We will export most parts any where in the world that is possible. We use what ever source possible to ship the parts you want. The minimum Shipping cost starts at $40 US dollars. We use USPS for the most parts. Any shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.  If the part is faulty You must return it at your own cost. No refunds will be given until item is returned and checked in.  

We do not ship to P.O. boxes unless it is an automobile owners manual. If you have a question about shipping at all please call us

We usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Unless otherwise noted, Buyer pays shipping.

Freight Items

We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states. For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmissions,bumpers, doors,fenders,1/4 panels ect ect), the delivery site must be a commercially zoned address capable of unloading a freight truck.

We can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. For an accurate residential freight quote, please contact us before your purchase. If for some reason our shipping cost is greatly over this estimate, we reserve the right to ask for additional funds or an alternate ship to address.

Shipping Deadlines

We will process every order within 24-48hrs of checkout. Our business hours are from 8-5 M-F EST. Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST cannot be guaranteed shipping that day. All Non-Freight items will be sent via FedEx ground unless given instruction otherwise. If you need 2nd day air or Next day air service please call us directly for best results. You may also add this service during checkout but we can only guarantee shipment of these orders if it is placed before 3:00 EST.

We accept Pay Pal, or most major credit cards and bank wire transfers upon special request.

By law, we charge sales tax for items shipped to these states: Florida @6.5% . Tax applies to the subtotal plus any shipping and handling for these states only.

Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

A Grade	- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade	- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade	- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade	- A part that has not yet been graded.
