Brand New chrome & No trade in ....... Keep your old part & sell it your self This is a sale for the item listed in the top heading of the listing & the picture the way you see it is the way you get it unless stated different............. We chromed these to have the chrome come off the braking surface.Under the chrome on the braking surface is a high polished surface and looks just like chrome ,, We reccomend that you either get a set of our special brake pads which helps take the chrome off the stoping surface or that you use new pads. But is not nessary we just reccomend it to keep your rotors looking new. After you buy these we will have you call the shop and it is easier to explain how to ge tthe chrome to come off of the rotors & maintain them .Some items must be greased & waxed while assembling them. We do not clean that off.
CHROME PLATING LINE Our chrome plating process utilizes semi-bright and bright nickel, copper and chromium within a 24-step procedure. This ensures you are receiving the best quality plating job possible. STEP ONE - Your wheels or parts are carefully inspected then logged into our shipping system STEP TWO - Before the plating process begins, the wheels / parts are paint-stripped and polished. STEP THREE - Next, a layer of copper is added and the wheels are polished once again. STEP FOUR - Finally, layers of semi-bright and bright nickel are added. STEP FIVE - Next, Chromium is added to create an eye catching shine. STEP SIX - Inspection and Assembly The item you are buying was a good / Great condition Stock O.E.M piece before we chromed it and this had no damage. We are strict with our policies that is why we do not do Exchanges because most people do not have the proper tools or machines or Gauges to check motorcycle parts so we rather sell our parts out right. Casting Pits Warnings 98% of the parts are Blemish free but there is Something we would Like to bring your attention to Casting Pits EVERY WHEEL or part HAS THESE ( Castings are how all stock motorcycle parts are made). parts Have air pockets which we call casting pits. Some are minimal and are others are Horrible . We try / tend to get all of them but occasionally there are tiny,tiny ones left . If we grow too much material to the PART BEING PLATED THEN REALISTIC IT WOULD NEVER FIT YOUR BIKE AND WEIGH A TON. %99 of the time you would never even see them.
