Return of an Item
If you have an item to return under warranty, you the customer are responsible for the cost of shipping back to Proven Auto Parts, and the return cost of shipping for your replacement item.
If it’s not the item you needed or you decided you don’t want the item. It can be returned within the first 30 days for a full refund of the item only. Shipping will not be refunded and it is the customer’s responsibility to return the part in the good condition with the tamper proof sticker and/or stamping not tampered with. Upon arrival our return team will inspect the part, tamper proof sticker and/or stamp and issue the refund it all criteria is met.
For any item being sent back to Proven Auto Parts a Return Merchandised Authorization (RMA) must first be received by emailing us thru Ebay messageing or by calling our office: 877-882-7250 Do not return any item without a RMA, the item, and the original receipt of the item.
