I am sharing my pain. eBay was great at first. Then I found out about buyers fraud very quickly.  This is how it works. The Buyer can keep the item for over 45 days a year dose not matter. PayPal will just return it to keep the buyer happy. Paypal  also will return the item with the tracking number as long as the tag of the tracking slip was delivered not the whole item.  I never got my item back and the buyer lied about sending it back.  Paypal never listened to me on the fraud.  Paypal will snake your account even if a fraud case was filed. Dan a man that works at PayPal told me sellers really don't have any rights with returns.  So eBay is part of this mess with payPal so they both lost my trust and business.  Buyer and seller fraud can be stopped. I wrote a Plan for eBay and PayPal on better business practices one that would be fare. One others agreed they would use. This plan would even increase eBay members, But you know what they did. They wrote he and said we don't want a better plan ours works then block or deleted may post. I disagree 100%. I was trying to help in a bad situation and make it better for everyone. Then I found another auction that is using a plan very close to the one I wrote. I don't want to give out the name of a way better auction website that is kicking the crap out of eBay and out selling them with a much safer pay service. why spoil eBay what are friends for anyway.  Have a nice day.
