This is Part II of my guide. Once again, the point in this guide is to provide people with a list of available trade paperbacks and to provide newcomers with a chronological read order.
House of M/Decimation
2005-2006
"House of M" was a major Marvel event that followed the "Avengers Dissassembled" event and took place after the events in Excalibur. "Decimation" showed the aftermaths of the "House of M" event. There were many short spinoff titles that gave backstories to the main "House of M" event. Those other issues can be found in my Marvel Crossover Trade Paperback Guide. Civil War
2006
This, hopefully, the end of the crossovers that have been going on for the last few years now. It doesn't directly involved the X-Men, but there are some series that were involved in this Civil War. The main X-Men - Civil War trade paperback is listed here.

X-Men: The End
2004-2006
These trade paperbacks are supposedly "the end" for the X-Men. At the time they started coming out, it seemed like these "endings" could be possible. But after all the events during and after these, it is safe to say that these stories are an alternate future for the X-Men. They are still good reads though.
