Why not providing USPS First -class Mail International?

Although buyer is able to save Money by USPS First -class Mail International, there are a lot of disadvantages for this service. First its service is less safe  than USPS Priority Mail International, it even does not provide any shipping information such as tracking number. Therefore,I never uses this service to shipping package for international address.Second, it is much slower than USPS Priority Mail International. Both buyer and seller are not able to know when it will delivery.Finally, there is lot of extra work for shipping by this service,such as filled forms by manual. Based on above reasons, I do not provide USPS First-Class Mail International service.
