A Jigsaw Puzzle program is a piece of software that will run on your computer. The software will typically be an executable file (example.exe) that will self install to your computer. The software that I use in my PC puzzles is a simple exe file that installs quickly and easily. Be sure to look for software that isn't too large and won't take alot of your computers' resources. The software I use is small & efficient and installs easily without banner ads, spyware or spamware. The software should also be easy to use and most of all - FUN!!!



What Can I Expect with the Software?
These puzzle packs that I am familiar with (there are many different versions out there) are really easy and simple to use. In fact, there are actually quite addicting in gameplay, just like the real thing! Make sure to pick software that has a user friendly interface and menus.  Should have easy  mouse movement as well as easy to rotate the puzzle pieces. Zooming in and out on the puzzle is also essential when choosing the software. Make sure the program has this functionality along with other features (see below for more features to look for).

Another thing to watch for is a lot of programs out there may install spyware and/or spamware without you realizing it. Make sure you pick the software from a trusted source and take precautions such as a firewall and spam blocker software.
