Well on or about October 9th or 10th eBay released another widget so to speak called eBay Neighborhoods. It’s the latest talk whether positive or negative eBayers are talking about this.
I have done a little research on it and would like to share what I have found.
First, neighborhoods - are the newest addition to eBay. They are a place where people interested in certain products, hobbies, movies, tv shows, or any other topic can come together and connect with others interested in the same thing. We pull in related listings, blogs, reviews, and guides and let members create discussions and share pictures.
We have about 600 Neighborhoods covering all types of topics and we'll be adding more based on your suggestions.
If you have noticed in your My Ebay section you will see the added link the My Neighborhoods right under My Messages.
Second, oh yeah, the workshop to ask all sorts of Neighborhood questions:
click on current calendar and scroll down and find Introduction to Neighborhoods.

Well I am quite curious as to how this is going to fit in with discussion boards and groups. I suppose I will definitely have to attend the workshop to see what gives! I hope this gets your feet wet and you will check out the workshop .
