very dodge seller i purchase a marble monaco dining a table from this seller
and they failed to deliver in the 3 week time scale gave pathetic excuse that the delivery needs 2 people to carry the table so they could not deliver to me??? this is their job ??
i requested a refund 4 days ago, and i am still chasing them, they dont answer the phone - you get a very badly recorded answer message to wait in the queue, then after 10 minutes of waiting, they tell you to phone back later.
i have phoned approx 10 -15 times in the last 7 days and. sent 8+ emails with no reply
i have now opened a paypal dispute and it is now day 3 and still no contact at all or my refund (£649)
Very UNPROFESSIONAL seller conducting business in a very underhand way and with a 93% feedback back score there is no wonder!!! buyers beware of virtual-home-furniture they are not worth giving your money too!!!
