I own a Viking Dual-Fuel Professional Series oven and it's been the worst appliance I've ever owned.
The oven is only 3 years old and I've had to replace the bake element 3 times. Burner ignitors 6 times (twice for the same 3 burners) and the self-cleaning door locking device once.
I called Viking and got no satisfaction or support because the warranty has expired and they aren't responsible after two years.
I'm now looking for a replacement range that will fill the 36" space left by the Viking.
