Hello Tradingmyway,
(eBay Buyers-Think about this Sellers practice before you waste your time attempting to
purchase a Micro SD Memory Card from this seller.) Copy of the email I sent to the Seller-
Trading My Way.
First of all the name you chose for your store, Tradingmyway is most appropriate for your scam.
You will trade your way and the hell with everything else. Right?
My first concern to you is why do you offer any item as an auction item, instead of a Buy it Now
item?
If you cannot afford to sell what you post on an auction for the winning highest auction price, do
not waste any ones time. Just let us know what you need for the item and let the buyer decide if
that is what they want to pay or not. I guess maybe you think this is cute.
I have never bought an item from you. Ever! I wanted to bid on some of the 32GB Micro SD
Memory Cards you have on auction. I did not want to waste my time so I chose the auctions you
listed ending the soonest. I saw some SD cards I could afford. In fact I could have bought more
than one. I placed bids on a few of your auctions hoping to win just one card. I did not want to
sit and watch the clock on these auctions all night. Well, what a joke that was to me. After I lost
the first couple auctions to this mysterious buyer that wanted to keep his identity private I was
no longer able to bid on any of your items stating the below captioned reason:
Seller not accepting your bid
Unfortunately, the seller cannot accept your bid on this item. This can happen for a couple of
reasons. For example, the seller may be limiting how many items you can buy from him or her in
a specific time period.
So explain to me who the mystery private buyer is that would worry about letting any one know
about him spending $20 for an item on eBay? Is that not ridiculous or what? Who cares if he
won or not??
Could it be that this private buyer is in fact you bumping up the bids to what you want to sell the
card for in the first place? Have you heard about Buy it Now auctions? How is it that I could not
buy the first card from you but I can watch this private buyer purchase eight of the cards in a
row, before I stopped watching this game of yours? Funny how this private buyer would pay
within fifty cents form one price to the other for each SD card he won. Strange that eight
purchasers in a row would want to hide their identity about purchasing such a sensitive item as
this. Funny how they did not get cut off from bidding for your items. Give us a break. You are
some piece of work.
I love this following line you use to your auctions:
PLEASE WORK WITH ME IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE. DON'T AUTOMATICALLY FILE A CASE WITH E-
BAY. I'M A REASONABLE AND HONEST PERSON AND WILL HELP YOU TO THE BEST OF MY
ABILITIES.
Sounds like more bull to me. I will in fact forward my concern to the eBay case personnel. You
have not and probably do not intend to answer the two emails I have sent to you concerning
this matter. I have reported this incident to eBay. I am certain that because of how large an
operation they run they will not have the time to look into this practice of yours. We will have to
leave it up to the public to decide. They just have to be informed before hand. Maybe with this
Guide I can help someone else avoid wasting their time on your auctions.
You can keep your SD cards. Keep bidding and winning on your own SD cards. Have a great time
doing it.
You are not the only store on eBay selling these SD cards. Thank goodness for that. I will in fact
keep your store name for my future reference to avoid your auctions at all cost. I will in fact
alert the eBay public to this gimmick as well. Let us let them decide what this game of yours is all
about. I do not think it will take a genius to figure this one out!
Have a good evening. There is no need to contact me concerning this matter. I will purchase a
SD card from Wal-Mart tomorrow.
Thank you for reading and Buyer Beware!!!
