The tracking information says my item was delivered?
1 ) Go into your eBay and Payal accounts and confirm the Seller, received the correct shipping address. Buyers move and forget to update their shipping addresses all the time. Also, we personally use our Channel Advisor checkout manager. The shipping address is the address we use for shipping out an item.
2 ) Check with everyone living with you. They may have received the package and put it aside. This happens quite frequently.
3 ) Check outside of each door, on you house. The package could be sitting there and you may have overlooked it. Some of our packages are sent in very small packaging to save on shipping (free shipping on all of our items!) and to cut back on waste.
4 ) Check with your neighbors, it could have been delivered to them in error
5 ) Check with your Post Office. It could there waiting for you to pick it up. Too big for your mailbox or a signature is required.
6 ) If Shipped UPS, use the Tracking Number to check where and how the package was delivered. IE Signed For. Left on porch, Left in Door, Left with Neighbor, etc.
7 ) You are unable to locate the package (may have been stolen). You need to contact the Seller and "ASK" them to have the shipping company investagate (look for the missing package). This can take time - up to business 30 days.
8 ) If the shipper cannot locate the package. The shipper is to blame, NOT THE SELLER. But, the Seller will need to file claim on the insurance. Once the claim is paid to the Seller. They should reshiped the item (if available) or refund you payment.
9 ) Please remember, the Shipper made the error, not the Seller.
