THE BUYERS GUIDE FOR FEEDBACK

Been a while since I have written one of these but it seems now is a good time .  First of all if you are a buyer before leaving feedback stop & think of what you are about to say . Is it accurate or has it been a bad day & you need to take it out on someone ? I should not have to ask that question but it seems as if that does happen now . Not just to me but to other sellers I know . Think about trying to work out problems . Sellers are only human & do make mistakes but if you communicate they can generally be worked out ! Also as far as communication goes try to remember sellers do have lives & do not sit 24 hours a day waiting for email ! Just because you don't get a response within 5 min does not mean you are being ignored .  Negative feedback should be left ONLY when all other options are gone . Also plenty of scammers out there use the feedback system to try to get free items . Ebay has been contacted about this & say they are going to start removing buyers who try to use feedback to get free items . Just remember to use the feedback system wisely & it will make the site better for all .
