This is one of those, "Great book, should have gotten it sooner". Sodt cover book lays flat when opened (clipped with a clothes pin or weight), good pictures (none of those fuzzy oldies), simple directions, lots of choices for people with back problems and general exercise, definitely low impact, increase flexibility, diet, strengthen abdomen to protect the back, sculpt and define your body, exercises to avoid, working out at the gym, working out at home.
