So the time is coming, starting to warm. Here in California we have already had a few beach worthy days. One starts to think of the swimsuit. The Classic One Piece, the truely wonderful invention ( tankini) and for the brave, the bikini. Swimsuits are about my favorite thing. It started with a green seahorse ruffled bikini when I was bout 4. So here is my advise to getting the best suit for you. So lets start with the
Full Figure. Lots of options now days. Usually a 1 pc or tankini is a great choice. If you have a bigger chest to look for support in the top. Nice wide straps. Hidden underwire is great to. Some suit have built in slimming panels. I think rouching ( gathering on the sides) is a great idea. hides and still gives a fitted look. Go for some color too. Match Print to body type. Larger prints ( taller people) smaller prints ( smaller people)
Top Heavy; Again support in the top is great underwire, great straps. ( Strapless not really a good idea) If getting a bikini or tankini think about solid color top with a complimenting print bottom. There are also 1 pc's that have this look built in to look like a tankini but the support of a one pc.
Smaller Top. All kinds of suits. 1 pc, tankini, bikini all have styles with push ups pads now days. Gathers pesant top look is also a great idea. strapless again might be risky but it would depend on the cut. Printed top and solid bottoms can add volume to the top if that is the desired effect.
Thick middle: Tankini or 1 pc recomended with rouching , gathering on sides, and slimming panels are great. some suit have a solid color middle with print on bust and bottom area. Great for the hourglass figure look. Another option is Retro Vintage Swimsuit. They look so good on the thick middle and are cut to show an hourglass figure. Even a higher cut middle covering bikini
Small top and bottom: GO FOR THE Bikini classic or string !! Rings on sides add on the top can add a little volume and detail
