Stay Away from Metro-Board

The product stopped working on my second time using it.  Although the website talks about dropping the controller, when I indicated to the company the controller broke, they were not helpful.  When I then said I wanted to return it for a refund (less the cost of the controller, I decided not to argue with them on that point) they refused to accept the return or provide an RMA, stating that their website listed 7 day return, and we were at 20 days (although the purchase terms themselves made no reference to a 7 day return or anything less than 30 days).  Finally, the owner actually told me that if I tried to return the product now, after 20 days and barely two uses, he would not only refuse to provide a refund, but he would charge me a 20% restocking fee.  He once again referenced pages of his website, presumably assuming I had read and agreed to every page of his website advertising, rather than only those terms of the actual purchase itself.  I am most displeased and would definitely discourage anybody from ordering from this seller.

p.s.  The skateboard itself was harsh.  There is no shock absorption.  Be prepared to have sore feet and ankles if you buy this store's product.
