Ship from USA scams!

Some sellers claim to ship from US when in reality they just forward orders to Hong Kong.They then re-ship the item from US [usually California] to make it appear that the item came from a US warehouse! This "warehouse"  is actually a garage or cheap storage facility.There are certain things to look for : 1-item takes longer than 10 days to reach you. 2-seller does not allow pickup of item.3-seller is located in California[as close to Hong Kong as you can get in US].4-seller does not allow refunds[most of your money went to Hong Kong].5-seller is not responsive to e mails or slow to respond[this is a delaying tactic to give them time to re-ship].You will eventually get what you paid for but it will take 3-4 weeks to receive it.In some cases,you are better off to order direct from Hong Kong-I have received items from Hong Kong in as little as 9 days.Of course,there are many sellers based in California that do have stores and items in stock and you will get your purchase in a reasonable amount of time but beware of the re-shippers!By the way,these sellers usually have a low price and high shipping fee-the shipping is where they make a profit as we all know by now!Some don't even bother to re-ship and your item comes direct from Hong Kong even though they claim "ship from US warehouse"!Read the feedbacks-even positive feedbacks will say slow shipping or bad communication.
