My philosophy is simple when it comes to selling on Ebay. I use three easy steps to make and keep my regular customers extremely satisfied. Number one, always describe your product perfectly, do not forget anything about what you are selling. The customer wants to know what he or she is buying and needs to be completely informed. Number two, Communication. When a customer has a question about a product you answer that question thoroughly, cross your Ts and dot your Is. Number three, always offer free shipping. The customer wants their product and wants it fast. The buy it now plus free domestic shipping will increase your sales. On a final note always pay your fees on time, listen to what your customers have to say, research your product before you list and finally shipping! Ship at least 5 times a week. Those are my tips for sellers and future sellers. Ebay is a fantastic way to save money and go shopping right in the comfort of your own home, what could be better!
