I bought this scooter for my son one year and one month ago. As the previous writer said, it doesn't get anywhere near 30 or 35. For the last three months we have done nothing but put money in it. We paid someone $130.00 to put a new carburettor because it quit running. Then it ran for a day, we went back and he said he wasn't working on that piece of junk again. He then sold my son a fuel pump and a fuel filter. It ran for a day. The fuel was not getting to the carburettor. He was manually putting fuel in where the filter is just to get back and forth to work. That got tedious and I emailed the company that sells Roketa for a repair manual. Still haven't heard. In the meantime the key broke in the ignition and he had to remove the entire starting system. We went to a parts place for scooters and they said it would cost around $150.00 to replace. The area that had the notches in it for the key had just fallen apart in a dozen pieces, like putty. So, now here we are with nothing. I spent $1100.00 for a piece of junk that no one has parts for and refuses to work on. Spare yourself the agony, buy a used one from a dealer that will work on it if it gives you trouble. I'm going to buy him a used one to get to work with and chuck this heap of cr--p.
