We have sold tens of thousands of items to people all across the globe. We sell to our competitors.
We have a retail store where we not only sell these items, but set them up for folks as well. We have
substantially more experience than even many dealers do across all makes and models of vehicles. We
have more experience than many vendors that only sell the product, but they do not actually install them.
We try to be extremely candid about the items we sell and offer more information on our auctions than
any other single vendor of these products here. Please take the time to read the wealth of information
as it is there to try and assist folks with their purchase, the terms used in conjunction with the product, and
the procedures involved. People that often do not read the info presented can have issues, because they
do not understand how the product works or what may be involved. They then proceed to become upset
when items are not what they thought or have difficulty setting them up. No other vendor will generally
tell you everything we offer in an effort to assist you with your purchase.
Explanation of these ebay users
Dalap
This gentleman bought a USED jaguar remote. He received it very quickly. He then proceeded to complain
about less than 1/4" of paint that was worn off of a button that is used to flip out the key on an item described
clearly as used. He came to our store wanting initially to replace the unit. We had no more ready to go at the
time. He completely flipped out, cursing and making a big scene. His suggestion that it was going to take 50
minutes to issue a refund is a complete fabrication. We told him it would take a few minutes to process, and he
was extremely impatient. At the same time, he reached OVER the counter lunging for the item that he was
returning for refund causing our register person to believe he was attempting to steal the product back. This
was the perception of our employee, and what the video showed. His vindictive attempt here to change and
alter the facts does not alter his demeanor and behavior which was completely out of line at the time.

This man has his facts completely wrong. According to our local Volvo dealer, all Volvo remotes can in fact
be programmed with the exception of the Volvo flip keys. This is the direct information from a Volvo tech
that came into our store to purchase a VOLVO REMOTE! He said most Volvo dealers do not want to take
the time to obtain the pin codes from the remotes. Instead they want to sell you their new items at much greater cost. We have now sent folks to this dealership and not one person has come back to report their remote was not programmable. So this ebay user has bad information, and does not know what he is talking about. We do.

What are the chances of having TWO bad transponder keys ? Slim and none is the answer. One maybe, two, NO. We would never purposely send out bad product, and this is no exception. Not to mention we use the same keys in our store and program them ourselves with no issues at all. Dealers are simply not gospel. They make mistakes, and often have a motive to sell you their item at much greater cost of course.

This gentleman did not know what he was looking at, and had no experience with the product. His claim about the item not being Original equipment was completely inaccurate and 100% false. The item was absolutely a factory original equipment product.
