Refund from Paypal for Fake or counterfeit cds dvds etc

If you have purchased a dvd or cd or whatever, and found that it was a fake once you received the item, then you NEED to file a CLAIM through Paypal.  If you want to get your money back, or if you just want to make the seller pay, then file a CLAIM through Paypal.  Ebay makes you file a claim through Paypal, and if you report the item # for the items you bought that were fake, they (ebay) erase the transaction, so your negative feedback for that transaction (if any) should go away.  When you go to Paypal, you click on resolution center.  Then you should see an option for DISPUTE A TRANSACTION.  After you click that, it walks you through the rest.  You need to report it before too long though, as there is a time limit.  As soon as you file the DISPUTE, it will give you the option of escalating it to a CLAIM.  Once you file a claim, Paypal will review your info, then make a ruling.  If Paypal rules in your favor, then you will probably be required to send the item(s) back to the seller WITH ONLINE TRACKING.  Once you give the tracking info to Paypal, they will find out when the package is delivered to the seller.  After that, Paypal will remove the money owed to you from the seller's account and refund it to you.  With me it was a very quick process, and I had my full payment refunded within 10 days of opening the DISPUTE.  I would stick to the details, and avoid name calling when you file with Paypal.  If you received cheap copies of whatever (mine was DVD's), then you have the same case I had, basically open and shut.  You purchased counterfeit merchandise and that is illegal to produce and to sell.  You should file though, the seller that sold me the junk told me that he has sold MANY of the item I paid $70 for, and never had a complaint until me.  He is making a living selling cheap junk. You may think that it isnt a big deal to sell knock-off junk, but can you resell the fake merchandise?  Then you would be selling counterfeit goods and YOU would be breaking the law.
This should help, but if you have any other questions, feel free to email me.
