  Honma is a brand of golf club with a great deal of snob appeal and I wanted a club of theirs and was told not to bid on anyone that has less than a 100% rating with ebay but I broke that rule and got a counterfit. I kept it and gave them a poor rating which upest them so they wanted to return my Pay Pal so as to retract my comments about them.  I then bid to a company that had a 100% rating won club and it was perfect . Morel of story is remember buyer beware but if you deal with 100% you chances of  fraud are greatly reduced.
