Ramsond Junk

My Ramsond 3500 has worked a total of three times and has stopped running on every camping trip I where I took it with me.  I returned it once to the distributor who claimed to fix it.  It ran once before failing.  I had it fixed locally, and again it ran once before failing.  Customer service is beyond poor, and there is no support beyond returning it at high shipping costs.  This unit is a piece of you-know-what.  I wasted $700 on it.  Don't do the same.
