"Edible" Jessica Simpson Products

I'm writing this quick guide because I'm concerned about the number of people who think you can EAT the Jessica Simpson beauty products.

Please Oh Please Oh Please Oh Please! Do not eat these products!

It should be common sense, but with these products I understand the mistake. It can be confusing! (but confusion is Jessica Simpsons specialty, is it not?). With the picture of her practically eating the whipped body creams, the scents being called flavors, the products all have these extremely delicious names, of course you want to eat them,  but the fact is they are not edible.

All of that hype about flavors is because, as most of you know - there is a flavor that is left on your skin or lips that make you taste as if you are edible.

The trick is to apply it normally as you would any other beauty product.

Trust me, I've heard plenty of "trial and error" stories. Both back when they were new and recently. You don't want to put any of these products directly in your mouth. EVER. Especially now since none of them are fresher than 2 years old and there is a much greater risk of comming across a spoiled product (they were last manufactured in summer of 2006) . You may end up getting sick.

So don't use the whipped body cream on your ice cream, don't put the body frosting on cupcakes, and don't pour the body shakes into your milk. You will be VERY disappointed in the product if you do that.

But if you use them correctly you may find yourself licking your arm in public. Might not look so hot, but who cares when your arm tastes like a banana split!!

P.S. The bottles all say "NOT A FOOD ITEM." If you need anymore validation than that then you are just way too hungry. :D
