Well, if you are selling with zero feedback most buyers in the Ebay community are a little leery of making a purchase from a seller that has zero feedback. There are many reasons why the proceed with caution lights come on for buyers. What it all boils down to is that the trust level has not been achieved yet by a newbie seller with zero feedback.
