This book always leads to some confusion as most collectors thing it is part of the 44 volume handbook run by Billig, however, it is from a complete different series and called “specialist catalogue” and not handbook.

On 168 pages, the catalog lists local stamps world wide, most of them not listed anywhere and is a must for the serious local stamp collector.
