pre 1982 copper pennys cents

true 1982 and older usa pennys are 95 % copper , . but if you buy due to the copper value is worth more , in usa you can not sell usa coins for scrap metal . huge fine for you and the buyer .  plus are not pure copper 5% is zinc .     there is a way though . you would have to take them to mexico or canada to be legal .  same other way around buy canada take usa etc .
