Picking out Selling words for a title/description

Picking out keywords for a title is probably one of the most important steps of selling a product. It's the paint on the outside of a house or the worm on the end of the hook. Don't be afraid of the title looking goofy because it has a ton of unmatching words. As long as it draws a customer to it; then it's doing what it's supposed to. Without a good title to reel a customer in....you'll have a difficult time getting them there at all. If you're selling a CD....put the word "CD" in the title. Include the artists name, the title of the CD, the condition(even if it's abbreviated: like VG for Very Good or NIP for New In Package), maybe a popular song by them....If it's a soundtrack to a movie, I even include the actors names. And if you're not entirely sure what to put in the title....research it!! Look it up. See what other people have used. Come up with something that no one else has. Make your listing & your title unique. You don't have to be like everyone else. In fact, it's better if you're not. If you stand out as a store; that's a GOOD thing. Be confident in your title. Don't feel like it's a concrete choice either. If you want to change it; you can, so try different things. Experiment with words. Be unique. Draw them to you with your title.  Half the battle is getting them there. Good luck & have fun with it :o)
