As the years have gone by I've noticed more corporate and larger store items, which is fine. However, this is eBay, not retail. The average eBay buyer is here because of deals, not to pay retail and high shipping fees. 

So if you are not selling as much as you had hoped, get real with your prices. Ebay has thrived on good deals, honest people, and hard to find items; that is the niche, it works...
