PayPal Shipping Not Available

I just encountered this for the first time but looking at all of the posts here and on PayPal about this, it has been happening for some time now. I found that I can get around this problem in the following way: Windows Explorer Tool dropdown, go to Internet Options, then go to Accessibility, then click on the box that is labeled: "Ignore font sizes specified on webpages". You hopefully can now get a shipping label to work.
