I have recntly had some problems with paypal. I shipped items overseas have customs number showing item was checked in at us postoffice. customer filed a dispute and paypal awarded them the money back saying that since i dont have signature confirmation that they get a refund. even though post office website shows item checked in at postoffice and i also have copies of recipts. I no longer will accept overseas buyers because it cost be to much money for all i know the buyers got there money back at the items for free because they were mailed. Beware sellers paypal will not help you they seem to only protect buyers and help them to rip off sellers.
