I have had two instances where a buyer filed a complaint citing the item was not a described. In each case, the facts in dispute were correctly given in the description. I had to appeal each case to a supervisor (via phone) to get the descision reversed to my favor. I do not know if it is true, but one person on the staff at PAYPAL reported that the reason the initial decsion was made in favor of the buyer was because "anything under $100 is automatically decided in the buyer's favor". Also what is up with PAYPAL refunding the total amount - including shipping?????? I have had to fight this even though the item was not returned to me!
