Official United Cutlery Rambo Knives are no longer being produced. United Cutlery is now under new ownership and has lost the license to reproduce Rambo knives I and II and III.

Sylvester Stallone's portrayal of the knife wielding John Rambo single handedly created the hugely successful survival knife industry of the 1980's. In the three hit films, First Blood, Rambo: First Blood Part II, and Rambo III, Stallone's co-stars were his trusty Rambo survival knives. Jimmy Lile and Gil Hibben, two of the worlds most renowned knife makers, created the custom Rambo knives used in the films. Their designs revolutionized the knife industry. Along came many imitators attempting to reproduce these Official Rambo knives, but United Cutlery was the only manufacturer to ever offer accurate, licensed reproductions of all three knives from the Rambo films. The imitation Rambo knives are long gone but the United Cutlery originals are still top sellers to this day. THESE 3 KNIVES WERE THE INSPIRATION FOR THE BUCKMASTER & THE M-9 US BAYONET!

 

The New Anniversary Knives ABOVE are not UNITED CUTLERY and who knows the quality. The originals were made a long time ago and have Lile , GibbenKnives, United Cutlery on the blade. The Anniversary models have John Rambo written on the blade - MADE IN CHINA.
