If a customer does not pay within 3 to 4 days.. file a non-payment claim..in the resolution file... if they do not respond with payment within the next 4 days.. you can close the case and will be refunded your listing & final value fees - FVF.. based on what the item sold for. If you do not file a claim ebay will not automatically refund you these fees...
