Noir Hair Policies
SHIPPING POLICY:
FAILED DELIVERIES/REFUSED SHIPMENTS/INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS: Your order will normally be shipped via Fed-ex or USPS to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are normally sent to your e-mail address as soon as we receive them from the carrier. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know at our CONTACT US page. Use your tracking number to track your package in transit.
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of all shipping delays. Check the information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc) needed to deliver your package. Fed-ex and USPS charges a service fee for address corrections. The customer will be responsible for the payment if additional fees caused by bad address information.
If a package is returned to us it may be reshipped by paying an additional shipping cost. If the package is returned and the customer does not re-authorize shipment, they will be billed for the shipping and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $15) will be charged. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON ABANDONED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS : We attempt to ship most orders as soon as possible, so it is not possible to cancel or modify an order after it has been processed through our webtsite. Once you receive the hair, please go to our RMA request page and fill out a request for return of merchandise. All custom orders are final sale therefore please make sure you want the product prior to ordering.
PRICE INCREASES : Noir Hair Extensions reserves the right to increase the price of any product at anytime. We will honor all pricing for back-ordered all items that have been ordered. If an item is in “not available” status, we may notify customers when they are back in stock but we cannot guarantee the price will be the same.
COUPONS: Only one coupon code may be used per order and coupons cannot be combined with other offers such as fee shipping. Sale items are final price and will not be included with any additional discounts. Discount coupons can only be used for hair and will not reflect reduction in price of shipping or tax. Noir Hair Extensions will not be responsible for coupon codes that are expired, lost, or never delivered via e-mail due to spam filters to server issues.
FREE SHIPPING, DISCOUNTS, & PRICE CHANGES : We may offer free shipping or other promotional discounts on certain products or orders that qualify. If an order is modified for any reason and fails to qualify, the discount may not be available and will not be applied. Noir Hair Extensions reserves the right to change or modify or cancel: products, prices, or discounts without notice.
SHIPPING METHODS & FEES : Noir Hair Extensions reserves the right to use it’s chosen carrier. This means your product may come via USPS, Fedex, or UPS. The chosen method of delivery will always be honored and not changed (2nd day, next day, ground, etc). We cannot bill shipping charges to a customer account or another third party account. All third party billing requests will be ignored and products will be shipped ground and may cause a delay in the processing of your order.
MISTAKES & DELAYS: Mistakes and delays sometimes occur and Noir Hair Extensions will do our best to correct them. Carriers occasionally lose a package or shipments are delayed (due to weather and other factors). All shipping mistakes must be reported within 3 business days of the date of delivery to the shipping address. If we shipped the wrong item or something this missing, Noir Hair Extensions reserves the right to reship at our expense or refund the amount of the missing item. It is always a good idea to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS : International shipments must clear customs. The rules and regulations for each country varies. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fee’s, or duties that may required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
