After wading through, what seemed liked dozen's of pages on ebay I decided we needed something in one place to say what we aren't suppose to be listing on Ebay. Normally, I would read and walk away, but the conseqences for sellers are grave. The biggest one is ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, forefited fees on Ebay cancelled items and limits on account previleges.
Everyone is vunerable to the misstep - it can happen from the Newbie that doesn't know what they are doing to the biggest Power Seller out there. All it takes is one complaint and you are history. Thus I am providing you the mud puddle of Ebay No No's.Sometimes permission to download is given by a celebrity or a company, but this permission to download is just that - download only and not to sell. Even movie clips found in the attic may need permission from the copyrighted owner before listing on Ebay. Band members & performers, writers and publishers usually all have copyright interest and can deny you your believed right to sell. Selling an item that they have a vested interest without any or all of their consent is again the law and Ebay.
