The seller said, "New In Package" and perfect condition. A week later the item arrived and when I opened the package, I was surprised! The package had been opened and then taped closed. I have seen this type of action occur regularly on Ebay. Ebay shoppers leave the seller a negative, because of the hidden facts. By law, the seller is telling the truth - the item IS in the package, but is leaving out the fact that it has been opened. If it has been opened, how do you know whether or not the item was in unused condition? Before you bid or purchase, contact the seller. Ask whether or not this "New In Package" item has been opened. If the seller says the item has been opened, ask if the item had been used. Buyer beware! Damaged items can be lurking in the "New In Package" condition. Shop wisely.
