What do you do for unwarranted bad feedback? I bid on, won and paid for some hard to find body wash from thetreasureoutlet
I only shelled out about $22 for the 3 bottles including shipping. I waited and waited. Nothing arrived. This purchase was to be part of a gift.
I won the auction a full 30 days before the party. Finally after 2 1/2 weeks the seller, thetreasureoutlet
, sent me a note and told me some story about
her husband being in an accident. Ok then, I understood the delay. Another week goes by, and the party is in a few days. I was looking for the box every day. The day before the party, I received another note from thetreasureoutlet
. Now she is saying that she has been so busy going back and forth to the hospital that she has hired a person to send out her orders. Well it is too late now. But about 8 days later the box arrives. I open it up and find there is no
body wash, but 12 poorly painted, cheaply made ceramic angels in there. OMG! What am I going to do with this junk? I emailed her. Never got a reply message, but three days later Paypal informed me that I received a refund for the money. I still have the box o crap. I am not sending it back on my dime with all that thetreasureoutlet
put me through. But she never sent me a return anything. So when it came time for feedback, I gave her neutral feedback.
I think this was an overly generous gesture on my part! Then I come to find this horror of an Ebay seller thetreasureoutlet
goes and gives me NEGATIVE feedback. For What??? For being me being jerked around by her?? This is a seller to BEWARE of. I can't believe I have no way of fighting this. Ebay should have some sort of disagreement arbitration without charging. My feedback score was perfect until this BAD SELLER, thetreasureoutlet
, came in and ruined it with her revenge tactics. Do not shop with this seller if you know what is good for you!
