there's alot of phony mortgage lenders on the tube these days. please don't fall victim to their schemes as we did. they'll get caught. you can see it on the news that they're being investigated. they just keep shoving them back and forth, trying to cover their tracks. it will come out in the wash. don't fall for F.H.A. LOANS for one thing. you're looking at balloon pyts. and 11 % interest. you los eall rights to your equity. the govt. wants your equity. you can't get another loan for 5 yrs. it always comes home to you.
