I bought an IV2 Modular helmet prior to my most recent cycle trip. It worked well the first day and protected me nicely during a cold and rainy 75 mile leg of the trip. That's where my positive experience ended. The next day the screw holding the modular portion up let loose. I was able to tighten it down, but it totally gave way a week later when I was on my final leg home. The helmet is broken and the company won't return my e-mail's. Guess the CA Consumer Protection Division is my next stop. I only lost $45, but it's dissapointing to see a company take advantage of consumers like this. And they even had some good reviews! Can't figure that one out.....
