**Is your email address current? Are you sure? HELP!!**

Is your email address current? ARE YOU SURE? Think again!
It never fails! We sell an average of 20-25 items a week, we send customized courtesy emails to acknowledge the purchase, again to acknowledge payment received, and then a third to confirm the item is being shipped. We like to keep our buyers informed! But it never fails! Every week at least 2-3 of those folks have either bad email addresses, their email server is down, or some other reason why our emails get kicked back as undeliverable. Usually the buyer is not aware of this, and winds up thinking their purchase/payment is going unnoticed and/or unacknowledged. This is not the case!
We have also noticed a trend in that many buyers use one email address on ebay, and another email address for paypal. Often times one of those is an active email address, and the other is forgotten/inactive.
Successful ebay depends on great communication between buyers and sellers! PLEASE, never take your email reliability for granted! If you are active on the site, please be sure your email address is open, free, and clear to receive messages! We also suggest using just one email address for both ebay and paypal, this helps avoid any problems!
