There are many special features you receive when opening a store here on eBay. One of those features is "Email Marketing". When someone adds you to there "Favorites" list they will be given the option if they wish to receive your newsletter. This guide will give you some helpful types and hints on your eBay newsletter.


There are three different types of stores you can get, each one has a different amount of how many newsletters you can send for free.


Now if you need to send more than you free amount allows, you can but it will cost $0.01 for each addition newsletter sent.

It will also tell you the following: Their user name, how many you have sent for the month, how many newsletters people have opened for the month, the status of you newsletter, and charge for sending newsletter.

•   What "Hot"
•   Items with "Best Offer" feature
•   Anything that might have changed in your store
•   Have fun with it! Do what feels right for your store!

You can also add pictures of items from your store and a list of items that can be found in your store. On top of that you can personalize your store newsletter with your store header and personal message if you want.


A store newsletter is an excellent way to get repeat customers. This is a way to tell them all the information they need to know about your store and a great way for them to remember you.


There are a couple ways. You can mention in your item listings "Remember to add use to your Favorites to receive a Store Newsletter from us!". Also you can add to your store a promotion box for your store newsletters that have a handy "sign up" button that they just have to click on.
